TASKS AFRICA CBC Ventures into Collaborative Endeavors with Rwanda Development Board

On the 13th of March 2024, our Managing Director, Mr. Papias KAZAWADI, accompanied by Larry, welcomed Dr. Phillip to Rwanda Development Board (RDB) for a pivotal meeting. 

The objective was clear: to explore collaborative opportunities aimed at enhancing skills acquisition and capacity building with our platform within the public and private sectors. During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Amos, the Head of the Skills Acquisition Department at RDB. 

The discussions were not only insightful but also fruitful, as we delved into the potential utilization of our platform to facilitate training sessions for RDB staff members. It was elucidated that while Skills Acquisition oversees the coordination of capacity building initiatives, the actual training of RDB staff is conducted by the Human Resource Team. Nonetheless, Mr. Amos graciously facilitated an introduction to the Head of Human Resources, paving the way for further engagement and collaboration.
