Engineering Africa’s Future: Closing Address on Sustaining the Africa Catalyst Project
                    

On January 23, 2025, at the Kigali Convention Centre, the Institution of Engineers Rwanda hosted a pivotal event on sustaining the impact of the Africa Catalyst Project.


Eng. Kazawadi Papias Dedeki, Director of Tasks Africa and Immediate Past President of FAEO, delivered a visionary closing address. He emphasized the transformative potential of the Engineering for Industrialization, highlighting Collaborative Engineering Innovation Sandboxes (CEIS) and a Multidisciplinary Coalition of Professionals (MCP) as key drivers of industrial growth and innovation. Guided by the STEIC Framework, Social Responsibility, Transparency, Ethical Standards, Integrity, and Collaboration—he called for strategic, cross-sectoral collaboration to ensure the project’s sustainable legacy. #EngineeringLeadership #InnovationForAfrica #Sustainability
